Sodium Bicarbonate, or baking soda as people would prefer to say, is commonly used as leaveners in baked goods. This chemical compound is found in crystalline form in nature but is ground to a fine powder for use in cooking. However, besides cooking purposes, does Sodium Bicarbonate have any other impact on our health?

So what are the benefits of drinking water-mixed baking soda?
